In fact I don't and File details from the recording in question shows that the Recorded Bit Rate was 256 bps and the profile was Low Complexity. In your posting of 23 May you asked why I was going for high quality recordings. I would add that a large Windows update was downloaded this month, maybe that helped? I was able to get Music Centre to accept the data from the cd disc and can now access this recording via my Walkman. Things look better now, Music Centre miraculously restored itself and I was finally able to burn copies of the music in both i-Tunes and Media Player.
Since my last posting Music Centre slowed to such an extent that nothing would load and I lost Windows 10Pro for a while. Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.
